PLANT OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
The Plant Office Administrator is responsible for performing the following task/duties in our systems:
This position will be splitting their time between two locations, Oceanside & Murrieta. They must be able to commute to either locations.
● Keeping track of time, entering schedules, reconciliation of time and approvals in the Kronos system for all employees as needed
● Creating requisitions for goods and services in the Procurement systems, enter receipts for raw materials, parts and services, and resolve any match hold exceptions
● Make purchases with Pcard, reclass charges and be the proxy for managers
● Entering fuel receipts and other EMS data as needed.
● Duties/Tasks also include assisting management with managing cost, reviewing Cost Reports, performing month end closing.
● Assist with special projects and other duties/tasks as needed.

Essential Functions
1. Experience:
Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience is preferred.
2. Knowledge of Accounting Principles:
Must possess a fundamental understanding of accounting principles and have knowledge of common office practices, procedures, and use of office equipment.
3. Technology Skills:
Must have the ability to use computers, cell phones, and other electronic devices. Must have appropriate typing skills and a thorough understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
4. Interpersonal Skills:
Must have outstanding communication skills and the ability to interact well with people in all levels of the organization.
5. Integrity:
Must act with unyielding integrity and honesty in business transactions, promote company policies and hold self and other employees accountable.
6. Additional responsibilities:
Plant Office Administrator will take on other tasks as assigned by the Managers/ Manager of Plant Admin Support.

REquirements
Education:
● Minimum: High School Degree (or GED) with relevant industry experience and work background. Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Business discipline.
Experience:
● 2-5 years of General Accounting/Administrative experience

● Proficiency with Word and Excel required; experience with PeopleSoft Procurement and Kronos Time Keeping Applications strongly preferred.
