CONCRETE DISPATCH ORDER TAKER

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Concrete Order Taker. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and processing orders for concrete products from customers and ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
responsibilites
• Answer phone calls and emails from customers requesting concrete orders
• Enter customer orders into our computer system accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate with the dispatch team to schedule deliveries and ensure that the orders are dispatched to the correct location
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery times, and any changes to the order
• Resolve customer complaints and issues related to their orders
• Maintain accurate records of customer orders, delivery schedules, and other relevant information
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient order processing
REquirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or order taking role preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office, DigitalFleet, Integra and order processing systems
• Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends
